The word “congruence” means agreement and harmony. Geometrically, shapes are considered congruent when they mirror each other. At Congruence Health, I believe a good life is one where
one’s actions are in agreement with one’s chosen values. The logo reflects the idea that values and behaviors reflect and support each other to create a unified whole.
Congruence Health is the psychotherapy practice of Fred Ingham, MA, LMHC, CSAT. Congruence is allied with other therapists and coaches who share a common focus on
helping individuals and families recover from the damage caused by compulsive sexual behavior.
At Congruence, I work with people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. I help people of all faith traditions (as well as those who identify with none). I take a compassionate,
non-judgmental approach to sexual behaviors. My focus is on helping clients regain their integrity and repair their damaged lives, regardless of the specific nature of their sexual or
relationship patterns. At this time I do not work with minors or people seeking court-ordered sex offender treatment.
